Steam Ver 1.21 Patch Notes

Steam Update Information

Soriz and Djeeta have been added as playable characters and additional weapons are now available in RPG Mode. Additionally, updates and bug fixes have been applied to certain modes.

GENERAL

•A battle stage, Lumacie Archipelago, has been added.

•Lobby avatars, Rosetta and Yggdrasil, have been added.

The above content is available with a separate DLC purchase.

Unlock Requirement: Clear “A Date with the Wind” and Episode 34: “The Rose Trial”

* This quest will still be displayed even if Djeeta is not available as a playable character.

Sky Realm Wanderer (Hard)

Location: The Grandcypher

True Manliness

Location: Fremel Island

Character Specific Settings

•The H.P.A gauge will not run out when the duration of “Human! Pyramid! Attack!” is set to Infinite.

•The H.P.A gauge will not run out when the duration of “Try This on for Size!” is set to Infinite.

Frame Advantage Display

•“Even” has been added.

•“Even” is displayed when both players can move at the same time.

MISSION TRAINING

Missions related to Soriz and Djeeta have been added.

*The character must be playable in order to access their missions.

Ranked Match

You can now see how many VS. Level victory stars you have at the entry screen.

When a Win Streak bonus is activated, the obtained victory stars will change in color.

The victory star color will change during a promotion trial.

Room Match

The notification for the beginning and ending of server maintenance will be displayed in the Chat Log.

Replay

An “X” will be displayed on replays that are not compatible with the latest version.

*Replay versions that are not up to date cannot be played.

Some adjustments have been made to certain characters.

Charlotta

Issue – Details

Shining Onslaught (Technical Input) – After inputting the command, if the directional input is set neutral or down, the move will no longer come out.

Percival

Issue – Details

(In Versus and RPG Mode)

Crouching H – The upper hurtbox on startup has been reduced. The hitbox has been increased.

Crouching U – The recovery has been reduced.

Jump H – The startup has been made faster.

X-Seele – Upon a successful throw, the stagger time and the frame advantage time (the time to confirm a hit) have been increased.

*Percival’s recovery has not been changed.

Metera

Issue – Details

(In Versus and RPG Mode)

Crouching H – The hitbox on her first active frames has been increased.

Down back H – The upper hurtbox on startup has been reduced, matching her crouching H. The hitbox on her first active frames has also been increased.

Aetherial Seal – When a butterfly is shot with an arrow, the cooldown has been changed where it won’t be overwritten, but paused. After the hitbox has disappeared, the cooldown will continue where it left off.

Lowain

Issue – Details

(In Versus and RPG Mode)

Close standing M – The recovery has been reduced.

Far standing M – The recovery has been reduced.

Crouching H – The startup has been made faster.

Zeta

Issue – Details

(In Versus and RPG Mode)

Far standing M – The recovery has been reduced.

Crouching M – The recovery has been reduced.

Close standing H – The recovery has been reduced.

Crouching H – The upper hurtbox on startup has been reduced.  The hitbox has been increased and the recovery has been reduced.

Spear of Arvess (Technical Input) – After inputting the command, if the direction is not held forward, the move will no longer come out.

*The command input is now the same as Lancelot’s Blade Impulse.

Spear of Arvess (L) – The startup has been reduced.

Spear of Arvess (Vertical up & down) – Spear of Arvess’ (vertical up & down) hitbox has been expanded.

Crouching H – The upper hurtbox on startup has been reduced.  The recovery has been reduced.

Crouching U – The recovery has been reduced.

Jump M – The startup has been made faster.

Soul Forge – The startup has been made faster.  The time to gain armor has been made faster. The recovery has been reduced.  Ground stagger and block stun length has been reduced.

*The frame advantage on hit stun and block stun have not been changed.

Battalions of Fear (Technical Input) – After inputting the command, if the final directional input is neutral or down, the move will no longer come out.

Bloody Moon – The startup has been made faster. The counter state after the attack has been removed.

Aftermath – Even if the lingering active frames hit, as long as the range is close, it will transition into animation.

Skill Icon – Langelaan Field’s icon has been fixed to be an invincible icon.

Popular New Fighting Game Makes the Leap to Another Platform 

Torrance, Calif. – March 13, 2020 – XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc. today released Granblue Fantasy: Versus, the popular 2D fighting game developed by Cygames and ARC SYSTEM WORKS that launched on March 3 in North America for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, globally for Windows PC exclusively via Steam. The PC standard edition is available for purchase priced at $59.99, £49.99, and €59.99, and the Granblue Fantasy: Versus “Character Pass Set” is available for $79.99, £69.99, and €79.99, and includes the base game, the character Color Pack DLC 1-3, the Character Pass DLC for 5 additional characters, plus the Lobby Avatar “Nice-abs Vyrn”.

On PC, Granblue Fantasy: Versus will include graphical customization options and support for multiple input types including gamepads and customizable keyboard and mouse support. Players can enjoy the same Japanese and English voice options as the PS4™ system version, and the title on PC will feature support for text languages including English, Japanese, French, German, Portuguese (Brazilian), and Spanish, with Traditional and Simplified Chinese and Korean being added at a later date. Granblue Fantasy: Versus on PC will not include any digital purchase bonus goods for the original Granblue Fantasy game, and will not support cross-play with PS4™ system players.
